I thought that was an impressive enough showing from Tyrique George today.

He was extremely impressive I thought. Every single involvement was confident and decisive and every touch and pass was crisp and precise. Not just a head down dribbler either. Used his skill to create space and link up with others in an intelligent way. Don't want to go overboard based on 20 minutes but if he can shoot and cross he looks an absolute baller.

shyler dithering will need a lot of time I suppose, whereas Tyrique looks to have integrated really quickly,
and taken on responsiblity with that cracking shot on goal.

Fair does he proper put £35 million man Dibling to shame with that cameo. Moyes was probably right, Tyler needs a good long look at himself in the mirror and ask himself if he really has the desire to make it in this league.

Maybe he's already decided that since he's guaranteed about £10 million off this contract he doesn't need to overextend himself, but I hope not. He needs a rocket up his jaxy and to be told he needs to show something whenever he's on the pitch next.

Personally, I would think his mental health was more likely to be damaged by Moyes, who after months of blowing smoke up his arse to get him to pick Everton over his other options, telling him how integral to the evolution of the team he’d be, and then refused to play him until he has no other options and signed his replacement in the very next window.

In the context of that, I don’t see where a jarg pun by a random ignorant punter howling into the dank abyss of an internet forum he won’t read having much effect.
