He’s behind McNeil, George, and a central midfielder for playing time on the wing. Tough love or lack of faith?

He plays RW.

Hes behind McNeil (who we are actively looking to sell) and Ndiaye.

Armstrong won't continue to play wide, he will be moved centrally. Ndiaye will either move back onto the LW or we look at Grealish (not guaranteed) and George there long term.

Our only player in the squad who is a recognised RW is Dibling. If Moyes had no faith in him, he wouldn't be on the bench.

his better appearances have been away, thought he was good at the forest game before xmas.

at home... oof he's a shrinking violet. compared to George who shows why he's used to the pressure at a big club like Chelsea and just goes for it.

playing for Everton at the HDS is indeed a far cry from playing at st mary's...

And that's the question, allegedly Moyes has the final say on all transfers.

So he's a fail ( as a piece of business ) because:

- it's a season Europe turned out to be on the table
- but he wasn't good enough to play
- huge money
- coulda gone on a kick arse full back
