Really not sure how it's the manager's fault that a player didn't take on a shot when he should have.
Already explained that.
He’s completely devoid of any confidence.
That’s why.

I really dont see how this has been the manager's fault. Dibling hasn't played well when he's had opportunities so I'm not going to criticise Moyes for preferring other players.Already explained that.

Watching his highlight reels he’s always played there, and he’s so one-footed he was never going to shoot on goal with his right when he had the chance tonight.Should play him on the left, not sure what he’s trying to do on the right.
Pretty sure I saw him score against Amorim's United IIRCWas his only ever goal against us?
French league 1 or are we talking Plymouth argyle league 1?Afraid to say but, my prediction is that this kid is going to be back playing in the Championship / League 1 within two or three years. Had shown absolutely nothing to suggest he deserved a move to a club with supposed ambitions like Everton, either prior to or after the move.
You can normally sense when a youngster is going to be a bit special, or at least of real Premier League quality. I don’t think this lad is that. He looks absolutely petrified anytime the ball looks like going anywhere near him. Zero pace and in general looks so lethargic and as if he can’t be arsed. You can get away with that if you bring something else to the table (Grealish, Sheedy etc), but he currently just comes across as a bit of a nothing player.
“Yeah but he’s only a young lad”. Yeah but so is Aznou, but he showed more drive, confidence and willingness to bring something to the table in his short cameo v Sunderland than I’ve seen from all of Dibling’s appearances.
Hopefully I’ll be vaulted into oblivion when Dibling starts producing for us next season, but I really can’t see it.
That decision was 100% Confidence.Really not sure how it's the manager's fault that a player didn't take on a shot when he should have. Decision making is probably the one thing you can only improve so much with coaching.

The full back options aren't helping any of our wide players but some of Diblings performances have been way below the required standard. He needs to do more and I think he can do more.
I agree but that makes it even more confusing to me that he didn't want to shoot. That decision was 100% Confidence.
The lad looks completely empty of it..
At the moment any decision he makes is adding another weight to his shoulders..
He needs a spark, like Barry's first goal for us.
A first assist, goal. The lads jumping on him cheering, that's the spark he needs..
