2025/26 Tyler Dibling

That chance he had where he bottled shooting, is exactly why Moyes management of him across the whole season been awful.

The kids confidence is shot to pieces. He has to take some responsibility for that himself, but he’s a young kid & Moyes should of known better.
Not content with making him play with a CB as his RB and McNeil as his 10, his new form of hanging him out to dry is making him play as a wingback lol

At least he got some minutes I guess - he also put in a solid shift defensively which is probably the thing he needed to do most for Moyes

No, it literally does matter, because you're having a dig at the player not performing to a price tag he didn't set. If you want to judge a player on his fee and not ask the people who paid it instead the questions, that's on you I suppose. If you don't want to support a young lad because someone paid too much for him, you're not right in the head.
TBH right now £10m or £40m it’s a waste of money so far irrespective of his fee he needs to do much better. And agree it’s down to whoever sanctioned it, never said I won’t support him luckily he’s young but feel like there may be an attitude or application issue hence his limited minutes doesn’t look hungry enough out there for me either did like him at Southampton but time will tell.

Happy to cut him a bit of slack tonight, came on when the game was 100mph, didn’t have much chance to settle into it
Tried to do some stuff I want to see from our players, but defo should have had a crack in goal late on there.

Really not sure how it's the manager's fault that a player didn't take on a shot when he should have. Decision making is probably the one thing you can only improve so much with coaching.

He’s been awful and I seriously worry that he’s just not up to the task.

Having said all that I’d still give him a run over Dwight McNeill. We aren’t going down so might as well try and develop him with grealish out.

The lad is playing like he is terrified. He is better than that

This is it. His confidence looks a bit shot. He hasn't had much faith placed in him but needs to show more when he has the chance.

Would point out, mind, he nearly always had 2 players on him and there is little to no movement around him. Can't help. Similar to most of our team standing and watching N'Diaye get surrounded.
