2025/26 Tyler Dibling

Talent or no talent, this was a massive mistake at this current time. We were in need of ready made players, with an eye for young recruitment further down the line.
We didn't exactly beat away any competition to sign Dibling or Barry, and that tells its own story.

Partly the fault of the club though Eggs, he'd already failed at Chelsea because he was homesick and in our current position we shouldn't have risked signing him, at the moment it's working out badly for both parties.
You mean when he failed at Chelsea when he was 15 years old hahahha give it a rest lad an make yourself a strong brew

His confidence is shot due to the poor management of him blending into the team.
Unfortunately probably needs to go on loan to Preston for second half of the season to lift him again.
Feel sorry for the lad.

Oh anyone writing him off is out of their mind, doesn’t excuse the level of effort yesterday however.

Someone needs to have a word about minimum expectations in terms of work rate and application.

He's got to do a whole lot better on the ball to be as ineffective as he is off it.

... but then we signed who we did. Its like telling Calvert-lewin to run the channels or play right back.

One positive from yesterday is that the draw meant we were knocked out by a premier league club.

With the team / squad available, we could have easily lost to a lower division team yesterday which would have worsened the mood even more.

….agree, looks like we’ve failed to do our homework on expensive signings. Amazing with amount of monies being spent we don’t obviously appear to watch players or do character checks on them.

The ‘Transfer Committee’ look to have got off to a bad start.
Drenthe,AvdM and Duncan Ferguson should have had psychological checks done.
