As someone who knows their way around a Psychology text book I can only look at the performances he has given and his work rate. Armstrong and Aznou have already shown more this week than Dibling has shown all season. So far Dibling has been the antithesis of fight for the shirt in my opinion.

Honestly he shouldn't play for a while until he proves he will put in a shift when he gets another chancem

The idea he should just play because he's our big signing is wrong. He doesn't look like he's at the levels required.

I get that he's a young lad and needs time but while he's turning in performances like today he shouldn't be on the pitch unless it's a case of absolute needs must.

Then been fine and again dragged off at half time. Again today Rohl & McNeil are dog dirt yet hes the 1st to come off.

Same as Alcaraz. Had the confidence and desire to play his own game removed by Moyes.

Clearly needs an arm around the shoulder and trust. Martinez or Redknapp or Royle would get him going.

Think it was silly spending the money we have on him. He is either no where near ready or just can't be bothered to put the effort in to change the game. Really disappointed as was really excited when he signed.
