I'm at the point where I dont think Dibling deserves the benefit of the doubt. This league is hard but you've got no chance if you aren't willing to run and compete.

Although he does need to work on his control and turn the ball over less, he has quality and looked like one of the most likely to create a chance on goal.

Just a very poor bit of recruitment. He rarely stood out at Soton after the first month. For a team that lacks pace all over the place, to basically manage to find a younger version of Dwight McNeil for a whopping 40million is some feat.

Diabolical man management, he hasn’t played well but he hasn’t hid, almost everyone else hasn’t shown for the ball and certainly refuse to take it in tight spaces. We’re morphing in to the type of club that the likes of carragher and his ilk have tried to paint us as. Run around, hoof, kick people. Zero interest in playing good football. That isn’t Everton

Moyes has ruined his confidence that's plain to see. I still think he has something to offer but not with a cautious defensive manager at the reigns

He has the look of someone who thinks "Ffs ive got to work today and on a Saturday as well, cant be arsed with it"

He genuinely looks like he hates the game itself and where he is.
