TV Series

Started Entourage the other week. Thought I'd catch up on it to refresh the memory for the movie coming out. Once that's finished gonna start sons of anarchy from the beginning, the last season should be finished by then.

The TV series of Romanzo Criminale is much better than the film. Give it a chance it gets steadily better and the second series is brilliant.
 
Good German three part series on Netflix called Generation War. It's about 5 German friends whose paths diverge in 1941 at the onset of Germany's invasion of Russia. It caused a bit of a stir in Germany because it cast a sympathetic light on the lead character and narrator, who is a Wehrmacht lieutenant. It's very good though, and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes WW2 dramas.
 
Been watching a few things people recommended on here. Started off with Gotham, really like it. Love the way they're introducing some of the big characters as it goes along, and some of the characters so far are great - love The Penguin for example.

After that watched Happy Valley. Wow. So good. Watched all six episodes in one evening with hardly a break. Very dark, intense and gripping. Ep 5 I didn't enjoy so much, as there was too much family relationship drama stuff going on for my liking, but when I say that I mean 8/10 instead of 9+.

Now I've moved on to Banshee. I guess you could call this quite trashy. Sex and violence all over the shop, but fun with it. Defo enjoying it so far. :)
