TV Series

The second series of The Fall starts 13th November, would recommend catching the first series before it starts, it's pretty intense, Gillian Anderson plays the lead investigator trying to catch a psychopath on the loose in Belfast.

2 episodes into the second series of Banshee at the mo, loving it so far.

Anybody watch Key and Peele? There's been a ton of good sketch comedy on TV over the years but these guys are my favorite.

Also the Newsroom is back sunday which is awesome. Shame HBO is doing what it always does though and cutting it short at 3 seasons.

K&P is pretty good but The Kroll Show and Amy Shumer of my 2 favorites.

and speaking of the newsroom this is the perfect Sorkin satire

Having just finished a Marathon of All the episodes of Breaking Bad, and having previously done the same thing with The Wire, what would you recommend for my next Tellyathon ?

I remember hearing The Shield mentioned so that looks to be a contender, not so sure about Dexter ? Does it not all get a bit 'same same' like CSI ?

Anyway, answers on a Post please.
well if you have done breaking bad you have watched the ultimate tv series. up yours the wire, sopranos, mad men. but for shits and giggles watch twin peaks. if only for Sheryl Lee, Lara Flynn Boyle, Sherilyn Fenn, Joan Chen and the awesome Madchen Amick. And Cooper and Trueman were cool too.

I didn't really like Twin Peaks the 1st time it was on.

Fully up to date with 'The Fall' and last night started to watch 'The Missing,' straight away in the 1st episode he was in a Town & it showed a fort in the background after having 'Northern France' on the screen & I said "Hold on, I recognise that Fort & despite a French Flag flying on it (and later on folk celebrating a French victory in a World Cup game) It's in Belgium."
A quick search on Google confirmed that it was all filmed in Huy in Belgium, cos of some Tax incentive offered by the Belgian Govt. they obviously had a bit of input after reading the script as well & got them to claim it was France, they don't want to be known as a place where kids go missing now do they.... Way too close for comfort given all of the events a few years back.

Cant believe there's only a couple of episodes of Sons of Anarchy to go.

I watched 3 episodes of Sons of Anarchy and just really couldn't get into it. I keep meaning to get back to it and try and again and just never do.

I'm currently on season 4 of the Wire, having never watched it before. I'd heard great things about it and so far it's blown me away.

If you ever here finners here me now.
This Wire nonsense is for self touching wannabe wrestlers n dealers. Go for life and go for mystery.

Twin Peaks...It gives you the answers.
