So I'm in Glasgow with work and staying up here for a few nights over the weekend. Been great so far, but it reminds of somewhere...
You might think I'm completely crackers but there's something about the city centre - its all grids, and one way systems and intersecting hills, and a combination of 19th and 20th century brick and modern glass, it weirdly reminds me of downtown San Francisco. Its also chock full of nutters which adds to the similarity.
Then I'm walking along Ingram St and got talking to an American couple l. She was SF born and raised and said she'd said the same thing to her husband.
Honestly @LinekersLegs - its just like that area round Sutter St, you'd feel right at home!
