On the handball, i'm faily sure this was the game in which they didn't have all the replays available and they never got to see the angle in which you can clearly see it strike his hand, so they couldn't give it. I remember the commentary saying, as they couldn't believe it wasn't given either.

Well it did look handball on most angles if I remember. I think they looked at it about 40 times. You couldn't see it live, but on camera it was very obvious.

What an utterly disgusting post this is, trying to find reason and justification for Son's petulance which resulted in a player receiving an horrific injury.

I'm amazed you're getting away with some of the stuff you post on here, you're a grade A whopper.

Hello Mr Middle Finger. How sad to see that you're still trying to get me banned, I bet you have loads of mates in school lol .

P.S.
Use the ignore button instead of behaving like the class grass.

Still pissed that we didn't beat them back in June, they were awful.

Can't speak to other Americans but Spurs have my least favorite fan base on this side of the pond. Their fans have generally been following the game for 2-3 years and act like they know everything, when they haven't got a (Daniel) Farke clue. Way too many hipster intelligencia types. I'd rather watch a match with American Liverpool fans.

That being said I hope we finally beat the stuffing out of them on Saturday. Really hope the three new signings are ready to go and that Mina is fit.
100% agree.

I reckon you'll manage getting banned all by yourself.

I won't use the ignore feature, I wouldn't be much of a class grass if I can't see your abhorrent posts.

Come on. It was hardly a "clear penalty" it was a very debatable shout. I mean if it was given I'd be a tad frustrated but also say they can be given.

It was minutes earlier though. I mean you'd think he'd have calmed down at that point. You can't go round breaking people's legs because you're not given a penalty when you fall quite theatrically.

The real issue is, Gomes took the ball off him and went past him. Thats what made him angry. He chased him back, and went to hurt him. He succeeded. Probably not in the exact manner he meant too, but he still succeeded.

It was still a tackle from behind, that put an opponent in danger where he was off the ground with both feet and out of control. On any of those 3 points it's red. He then feigned sorrow and pathos while simultanously getting himself off any ban. Meanwhile 9 months later Gomes still isnt the same player as he was before. Yet Son is the victim because he might have had to miss 3 games.

Lets hope someone snaps his leg into pieces so some sort of karma is done eh?

what’s the general view on the Spurs forums about this weekends game la? Do most expect an easy win?

This isn't a far off shout. It's been my experience too. And most of my mates are Arsenal fans, and they're sound

Reports tonight that the proposal to allow fans back into sporting events is deferred to Oct 1st earliest meaning this game goes back to closed doors only (where spurs were chancing their arm for some high spending fans).
At this point is there an outside risk this weekends games might be deferred with the ongoing spike in COVID? There has been a sharp spike in Dublin (and 3 deaths today post none for almost a month) over the last few days and calls for lockdowns are back sadly.

The only site (private) I go on haven't even yet made a match thread so no comments yet.

There is a thread about your three new signings and like myself, nearly everyone said that they were good signings because you have massively upgraded in the area most need.
Not a dig but the general thought was that Everton will be finishing 7th (no higher.)
