We all have different opinions so fair enough ;).

P.S. Perhaps another reason why Son "Aggressively tripped him" was because he was still pi55ed off that the ref didn't give a clear penalty a little earlier?

Come on. It was hardly a "clear penalty" it was a very debatable shout. I mean if it was given I'd be a tad frustrated but also say they can be given.

It was minutes earlier though. I mean you'd think he'd have calmed down at that point. You can't go round breaking people's legs because you're not given a penalty when you fall quite theatrically.

The real issue is, Gomes took the ball off him and went past him. Thats what made him angry. He chased him back, and went to hurt him. He succeeded. Probably not in the exact manner he meant too, but he still succeeded.

It was still a tackle from behind, that put an opponent in danger where he was off the ground with both feet and out of control. On any of those 3 points it's red. He then feigned sorrow and pathos while simultanously getting himself off any ban. Meanwhile 9 months later Gomes still isnt the same player as he was before. Yet Son is the victim because he might have had to miss 3 games.

Lets hope someone snaps his leg into pieces so some sort of karma is done eh?

The Dele incident was a stone wall penalty though mate, The other two incidents (Richarlinson and Son) are questionable. You are weighing up how much contact there is v the fall.

The Dele incident was as blatant as they came. The rule was if it hits the player in the hand, its a penalty. Even on the old system, his hand was in an unnatural position. Because of the rule though, it's a simple yes no, and somehow they managed to pick the wrong option. In a season of appalling decisions, that was the worst one because it was the one you can't make a case for the other way.

When you say "Var looked at both" what you actually mean is a referee looked at the Dele incident, and somehow came to the conclusion the ball didn't hit his hand. I have no idea how they did so.
On the handball, i'm faily sure this was the game in which they didn't have all the replays available and they never got to see the angle in which you can clearly see it strike his hand, so they couldn't give it. I remember the commentary saying, as they couldn't believe it wasn't given either.

Still pissed that we didn't beat them back in June, they were awful.

Can't speak to other Americans but Spurs have my least favorite fan base on this side of the pond. Their fans have generally been following the game for 2-3 years and act like they know everything, when they haven't got a (Daniel) Farke clue. Way too many hipster intelligencia types. I'd rather watch a match with American Liverpool fans.

That being said I hope we finally beat the stuffing out of them on Saturday. Really hope the three new signings are ready to go and that Mina is fit.

I was really just being as silly as the above statements that Everton deserved a penalty because Dele
"Caught the ball in the area" and
"Punched the ball away" in the same incident.
VAR looked at both incidents, neither was a penalty.
I remember that mate. He caught it then punched it away stonewall penno

What an utterly disgusting post this is, trying to find reason and justification for Son's petulance which resulted in a player receiving an horrific injury.

I'm amazed you're getting away with some of the stuff you post on here, you're a grade A whopper.

dont think he will want to risk James from the start
Holgate injured, Mina and Gomes should not be rushed back
with a full squad, we will have a decent bench for once
