gutless heartless pointless clueless.......again.
don't know how to defend , pass, attack , no game plan , no pace , no fitness , no strength , cant tackle , cant shoot , cant cross .
there is no individual who gives damn and no team to speak of.

the performance of this so called team was an insult to the premier league and a big skid mark on the history of our club.

people paid to travel and watch that ! a bunch of no hopers jogging about the pitch and being dominated like a rabbit being ravaged by a lion.
they got paid thousands of pounds for that ??? daylight robbery if they got paid £1 in boots vouchers between them.

no ifs or buts , my patience is gone. i want pretty much every one of them gone. they are a disgrace.
there is currently nothing to support on that pitch and nothing being served up resembling football.
how we are top 10 is beyond me . that group of players deserve nothing more than relegation and the dole.

they were all bad , but if there is a worse player than cuco martina in any of our leagues , including the conference, I'm yet to see them.
cut the head off a chicken , put it in a blue shirt and throw it on the pitch and it will still have a better game and skill set that that idiot.

i can take a defeat , what i cant take is whatever that was......a big load of nothing.
i haven't any idea what the manager and coaches are doing on the training pitch but what ever it is i wouldn't give a fist full of turd for, judging by the results of there so called work.

this is me giving it 24 hours to calm down before posting too.
10/10 an embarrassing disgrace

in hindsight, going up against the power of Tottenham's midfield with players who contribute nothing when we dont have the ball such as Rooney Siggi and Bolasie was way too light We needed a hard working five to run all day, and Sam would have known that. I htink he is far too worried about 'putting on a show' and too sensitive to the accusation that his teams are functional. Functional is a massive improvement on the bilge served up in the first three months. He needs to set up teams the way he always has done, and stick to his methods.

We were in an incredible run of good fortune when Allardyce arrived. Things are back to normal now.

However can we hope to get a shot on target with a functional team? We can only dream of scoring a goal.

I don't agree. I think you will see an improvement in results from here on in. All this stuff about shots on target, we are not in a positon to care about aesthetics we have one of the poorest teams we've had in forty years. We just need results. in fact nobody was talking about shots on target a couple of months ago they were talking about us shipping five goals against mediocre sides. Conversely I remember under Moyes we'd have thirty seven shots on target and draw nil nil, and people would be screaming about the naive play

I mean...come on mate. "all this stuff about shots on target"? You don't shoot, you don't score, you don't win. It's just about as simple as can be. Can't get "results" without scoring.

yes, of course. but there are more fundamental problems with this team than that stat. We are v fragile defensively, and so we have to set up in a certain way. Cos we are so crap, if you would have offered me draws away at West Brom and Bournemouth I would have taken it, regardless of the shots on target issue, and we were a whisker away from doing that. The reason we didn't is cos Allardyce is worried about the fans, you only need to see the front six he chose for the second half against Bournemouth to realise that that side was asking to get punished

Not arsed about them being ahead of us as they always have been miles ahead of us since I've been an adult. We've finished above them what, two times in eons? And they won the CL one of those times. Spurs I agree. Not long ago Gary [Poor language removed] Doherty was one of their better players and look at where they are now.

Dear Sam,
Before you became manager you would have noticed that we ship goals for fun.
Now you have seen it first hand.
Our defence and defensive midfield does not need fixing.
It needs replacing.
Any idea when this will happen?
Thanks.

Everton fans.

Against the more physical West Brom, Sam was quite happy to settle for a point.

Against Bournemouth, Everton brought on two substitutes in the second half, and equalised after 57 minutes. Sam was confident that he could nick a win, and brought on Bolasie too. He was wrong. But don't ever think that Sam cares what the fans think.

Pickford
Kenny Keane Jagielka Martina
Schneiderlin Gueye/Bolasie 71
Lennon McCarthy/Rooney 45 Sigurdsson
Calvert-Lewin/Niasse 54

exactly, front six second half of Bolasie Rooney sigi Niasse Snide and Lennon, he went for broke when he should have taken the point

But Everton were one down at half-time. Sam's changes brought an equaliser in the 57th minute.

It was only later that he brought on Bolasie, hoping to nick a win.

yes, he was in my view going for broke as he felt pressure to get the win. That is not what Sam usually does

He was under pressure to get a win against West Brom - but was quite happy to settle for a 0-0 draw. He doesn't care what the fans think or expect.

Against Bournemouth, he was a goal down at half time. He made two changes, which brought an equaliser. After twenty more minutes, he then felt confident of nicking a win. He brought on Bolasie, and open play made a goal likely - one way or the other. In the event, good luck deserted us and Bournemouth scored a late winner with a deflected shot.

I am a Besiktas Fan from Germany... At first: sorry, my english is not so good, but i will try my best :p
To the Match: The middlfield is really bad, and the wingplayers have to get Faster. No one can feed Cenk Tosun with quick and danger passes!!
He is used to playing faster and getting fast passes. Believe me, i am 35 Years old and i know cenks quality.
If the team solves these problems, you will be very positively surprised by Cenk Tosun!
He is very fast, technically gifted, very strong in the field and one of the strongest shooting players in the turkish league! He needs more time to adapt to it!!! He learns very quickly!!!

Cheers,
Cenk’s dad?
