My point still stands that you cant just label every Muslim as being an advocate of everything contained in the Koran, same as you can’t attach the same to a Christian for all of the bigotry described in the bible.

There's a difference in the religions. It's uncomfortable for people as they think it makes them racist so they engage in this deflection technique.

Even if they were the same there's only one religious group killing other people in the name of their religion.

No that's not true. firstly no one called you racist.

It's the way you criticize. You know you can disagree with religion without sounding like a racist. for example you could have said the part of islam that has gone extreme need to tone it down and stop giving the rest of them a bad name. You could have researched also the nonsense hate filed media stuff before regurgitating it then you would have learnt how inaccurate it is.

Labeling the entire religion as dangerous thus saying every Muslim is inherently evil and up for violence and potentially into terrorism is a bit mad quite frankly. Oh and then defending well known racists who actually spout hate about them and only them.

Anyone who pretends this isn’t a problem or ignores it when scoring points over other religions is frankly deluding themselves .

The number three in the Catholic Church and the highest ranking catholic in Australia has just been convicted of child abuse . The highest ranking catholic in the US is suspended due to credible allegations of abuse , whilst internal documents from 12 Pennsylvania diocese showed credible information that 300 priests had abused over 1000 children. In chile there are over 158 bishops , priests and lay people under investigation for abuse whilst every bishop including those who are retired have offered their resignation over allegations of abuse and covering it up . The Vatican ambassador to the Dominican Republic was convicted of abusing children , he was previously the highest ranking catholic convicted . Closer to home the highest ranking catholic in Scotland admitted sexual misconduct having been accused of abuse and I haven’t got long enough to start on Ireland . Trust me I can definitely go on though .

I'm aware if Islamic teachings in a way it's defenders are not. The Koran is probably worse than you think.

If you look closely all 'holy books' are rallying cries for war, the Abrahamic faiths more than others, but they all lay claim to superiority and knowing the true way to 'god/g-d'.
It's all thousands of years old misinterpreted, lost in translation and manipulated to achieve brand loyalty. They're businesses and they act that way.
You cannot bandy a belief system and brand all adherents the same, apart from Kopites that is, they're all lunatics in a cult
