Court ruling that his imprisonment for breach of bail conditions was flawed.
His release will bring a bit of colour to the East of Hull when his supporters arrive in their droves to welcome his freedom.
 
Don’t like the bloke at all and the vast amount of his ridiculous supporters even less however the court has looked at it and seen there is a legal basis for a retrial, so despite what we’re told is the deep state conspiracy against him the legal system has done its job.

It’ll be interesting to see how this plays out now , probably the most annoying factor of all this is that those who’ve repeatedly reposted on Facebook and Twitter , battered coppers and thrown out Nazi salutes will think it’s their conduct that have secured this release
 
I notice only 6 mugs turned up outside court to protest on his behalf. Funny how all of the others couldn’t be arsed as it was too early to get lagered up and ponce about shouting ‘who’s streets, our streets’.

The great Antonio Gramsci wrote in detail about his theory of cultural hegemony, in which the ruling elite of a diverse society manipulates the culture of that society, so that their worldview becomes an accepted cultural norm.

Since the EU referendum, we have witnessed a concerted attempt to portray the working class masses as being socially regressive - whereas the reality of the situation is that working class solidarity for the systematically marginalised has always been a firm working class tradition.
