I really can't see Moyes playing Coleman there anytime soon. With Hibbert there we are defensively solid and sort of ok in attack. Centre Mid or maybe bringing Barkley in more frequently? Just don't know at all. Blinded by contentment with our current squad.

No I can't either unfortunately, which is a shame as he's one of the most one dimensional wingers i've ever seen.

Hibbert gets a lot if stick and some of it is unfair. He's a brilliant tackler and his crossing has come on leaps and bounds recently.

I think with Barkley if we're going to see him at all it will be behind the striker or on the wings. No chance Moyes will play him in the centre.

I think he is perfectly useful is Hibbert. I've no qualms With him. I can't see us not bringing in anyone else in, but I cant see it being right back.

Is he a Moyes type player?

And when I say that I mean in his demeanour. He seems very arrogant, (reminds me of Sturridge, did anyone see him not celebrating with the team?), and wouldn't fit/adapt to Moyes' more pragmatic style of football. I can't really see him doing much tracking back for one.

In person he is arrogant, but on the pitch irritatingly he is quite a heads up player, prone to the odd moment of selfishness. Quick, good feet and if tampered with only slightly would be a really good player I think.

I see, I've barely seen him play so I was really going on what I'd read in this thread. Sounds a prospect, I doubt we will get him though.

My arguement against going in for him is that we have a talent of similar potential in Barkley that is not getting a look in, why would Moyes want to include him in the first team plans and not Ross?

Barkley is 100x the prospect mate.

Which actually makes your point even more relevant.

Ross has already shown that he's not suited to playing out wide, IMO that's why we've seen less of him than we may have otherwise, given the lads obvious talent. As Moyes doesnt want to watch him potentially get mauled in cm in the PL just yet, the lads not ready hence his desire to send him out on a short term loan
