I realised how off topic I was, so.....I think he is, of the two options of Phillips and Ince, the better one. I can't help feeling we are better off looking to the continent if we want to buy and get good value for it.

And errr, on topic: From what I've seen/heard, Ince would be my preferable option, he really did look quite lively against us in pre season, but I'd hate to see him around and about looking all smug knowing he plays for us.

If he was available for £3-4m then yeah that would be good value, I reckon they'd be wanting upwards of 5 or 6 though, and that's what we bought Mirallas for, and I'd imagine he is better so the bargains could well be abroad.
Liverpool were a bit stupid for letting him go weren't they. They've got hardly any wingers now.

I'm not sure out of a Striker and Right Back what I'd prefer to see as Hibbert has improved over the last season, his crossing notably.

I really can't see Moyes playing Coleman there anytime soon. With Hibbert there we are defensively solid and sort of ok in attack. Centre Mid or maybe bringing Barkley in more frequently? Just don't know at all. Blinded by contentment with our current squad.
