Agree with the first half assessment but thought he was outstanding the second half, especially the last 25 mins

2nd half was alot better from him and all the players today. Played some good balls over the top and into space and that's what we need from him rather than the 5 yard sideways passes we keep seeing . Give the lad a playmaking role rather than a defensive role

He was great in that second half. Got himself all over the pitch, spread the ball around nicely to the flanks, put in a few top challenges and even showed a bit of shithousery.

Made up he is showing more signs of development. Started pulling the strings second half. More to come from this lad, just needs a bit more confidence to carry the ball forward at his feet more sometimes.

Gave the ball away too many times so needs to improve his technical side. But did the rest well and did well not to get sent off

Much better going forward than being a defensive midfielder. He has to improve in that area or else he ain’t going to be a regular.

I like the kid , I would much rather him on the pitch than Delph or schniedlin.
Also bear in mind he was in a midfield today with Gomes in his first full game and Sigurdson who's biggest contribution to the game was while he was sitting on his arse.

A bit sketchy first half but superb 2nd half, keep him next to Gomes for a few games.

There is a really good footballer in Tom Davies. He just blows hot and cold constantly.

With the right training in the off season, he has all the tools to become an important player here. It really is up to him where his career goes.
