I'm almost certain he can come back and play can't he? He's already played for us the season and is under 21 so doesn't need to be registered. No idea the full rules on it though and without having trained with the team it's probably a non-starter.

If DCL isn't fit for Wovles I'd much rather him than Maupay up top though.

Not sure if it works like that, think the official Loan deal ends June the way they work, so he cant play, even though the Championship season has finished bar the Play offs

Technically could have played in play offs so guess have to be registered with them Tilll they finish

No, a loan is until the end of the season entirely (sadly)

No need to purchase Maupay when he was raved about - Thanks Frank & the DOF --...... offksy
Naw , while we needed an additional striker in the summer and Maupay wasn’t it , neither was Cannon at the time. He’s made fantastic progress this season, and his loan has proved one of our best decisions in terms of helping him progress. And without any league experience there’s no way Frank or Dyche would have pitched him in to a PL relegation battle

The worst thing we could have done was keep him here this season, his confidence would have been crushed, he is probably better than Maupay but he still would have been isolated up front getting zero service.
Maupay would score plenty in the championship.
at least now he has had a taste and will feel confident, ready to fight for a place in pre season.
