Glenn Hoddle missing the point for once. This is embarrassing. These are 'experts'.
Since Rodgers comments after the game at the ethiad on boxing day, the amount of decisions in his team's favour has increased tenfold.
Mourinho can't complain though, he's bottled it they could have the title rapped up know

Aye 1977
And I know. Doesn't bare thinking about.
Still think there might be some more twists yet.
I was only a bairn but had it drummed into me over the years.You have no idea how bent that Coventry/Bristol City match was mate. You lot think it was just Jimmy Hill, but, no Bristol City were well in on it as well. Chapter and verse on RTG "Coventry" thread, (by me as it happens), all confirmed in a roundabout way by my postman. Tom Ritchie.
Now that will mean cack all to 99% of lads on here!
@Sunderland afc
My wife says the same, that it is an unhealthy addictions. I was in a foul mood on Wednesday and it upset my son. He is a bit too young to understand yet and I am torn each day as to whether I want to involve him. I fear him following the RS though.
I enjoy going to the ground / club shop and generally discussing football with like minded fans. It is just the business side has got out of control. Look at the Quatar WC backhanders. Football is sadly rotten to the core yet even though we know it, we still come back for more![]()
Yeah. I agree. They should have been disciplined enough to box it off at Villa and Palace. He can still complain though and has a right to. Chelsea and City were set tough tasks to play out of their skins and win convincingly whilst Liverpool have beyond question been rewarded on occasion when it mattered with an easy penalty decision. That makes all the difference.
I think the only question remaining is whether this type of outrageous favouring of Liverpool by officials extends to next season? They'll need even more penalties and dodgy decisions against opponents running for them with the workload they'll have.
I really wouldn't rule it out though. I thought I'd seen the lot in football in terms of manipulation of the general atmosphere around football that influences decision making (all for teams that can boost the Premier League 'brand' of course), but what's happened in this league since Christmas has been way beyond all that. Apart from refs actually picking the ball up and throwing in the net for them and in against their nearest chasers it's had it all.
The media really has to be reined in by these other top clubs, btw. Their PR departments really need to earn their money and start publicly questioning the media bias and officiating calamities. They'll need to get on top of this because Liverpool will collar the media for years if they dont, and the media (along with corporate decision making regarding foreign markets to conquer and who would best suit them to do that as champions) dictate the tone in which the title race is run in.
If Liverpool + Arsenal win tomorrow before we play the atmosphere will be terrible and by terrible i mean murderous
Mate, the RS have dominated the media since the Prem began and unfortunately for the wider football public it will not change.
Yes mate and those Evertonians will be punching each other while United teach us a footballing lesson won't they mate.
