Are you dyslexic or drunk? Like I first thought, you didn't read what I said.
I didn't see the game, only heard what happened but if you were Kepa, you'd be absolutely fuming being substituted right at the end before penalties.
Obviously he should respect the manager's decision but I can totally understand him literally fighting the decision. If you've played 2 hours of football, you deserve to stay on and be given the chance to help win the game.
Even after this, I expect Kepa to be at Chelsea longer than Sarri.

Erm think you said it right here that you understood him fighting the decision to stay on by refusing to get off the pitch.... I said I disagree with that.

Get it now mate?

This could go on all night. I said I can understand him fighting the decision but read the 7 words I wrote before that.

Do you get it now? You need to read all of what I wrote rather than misreading part of it.

sarri comes out a winner in all of this
Can’t agree with that mate. Yes he set up his team well to nullify a city team who two weeks ago put 6 past his team. However his ‘failure’ to sub his goalkeeper and his refusal to publicly condemn him in his post match press conference shows real weak leadership. The rest of the Chelsea players will have picked up on this. Look what they did to two title winning managers, mourinho and conte, why do we think sarri will be anything different.

The ref couldn't do anything. Players can only leave the field voluntary unless sent off. So Kepa didn't break any rules.

John Terry hinted if he'd been the manager he would have been tempted to go onto the pitch and drag him off.

I know all the stuff of not leaving the technical area etc etc... so maybe it's not meant to be taken literally but what should have happened even if the captain had to drag him off.

Sarri will find this very difficult despite playing it down, the press and media all watched the match.

It was a very public humiliation.

I read it lad. Like I have said I don't agree with you when you say you understand him fighting and being basically a spoilt child refusing to leave the pitch. Don't see how anyone can understand that action to be honest. He has been asked to do something by his boss and refused.

Not really hard to understand as that is what you wrote. There is simply no way you can defend it or give him excuses at all.

He's their first choice keeper and the most expensive keeper in the world and you can't understand him being extremely pissed off at being substituted right before a penalty shoot out? Yes he went over the top and he definitely should have gone off (as I made clear in my original post) but any player in that position that doesn't get extremely pissed off shouldn't be playing for a top team in a cup final. He showed passion, the kind of passion I'd love to see in the Everton players.

That was then this is now. All teams have blips and I certainly never expected an "invincible" season. We'll see who has more character in the run in out of City and Liverpool

Well so far your character is getting beat by Liverpools luck, and today showed that again.... Hopefully that changes soon, but think ye will drop points again in Fernandinho absence
