There's more to it than just their league position/results mate.
I'm aware, the snidey comments etc., but not even giving him til the end of the season would be a bit weird.

I know they're unhappy with him and player development in general and he's been controversial for stupid things too lately, but according to bild it's a double whammy - Bayern really want Tuchel and don't want to miss out on him, and they're unhappy with JN, so it was easier to do that right now. You'd think he'd see out the season if Tuchel wasn't available RIGHT NOW.

Great too that he's got experience in coming in mid season to a squad in shambles and winning the CL lol

Well possibly, but he might not have been, so they made the right choice for them.

Poor performances since Christmas.
Internal feuds.
His press image.
Has a contentious relationship
Just jet off on a skiing holiday instead of training the non-internationals.

I just think he's a bell personally anyway.
I get the impression he does think a bit too highly of himself. I guess hard not to with all he’s achieved at his age

I don't see this as failure necessarily when you look at how many English players there are in the Prem or other top flight leagues.
Neither do I. That's my point. England do, more or less, what they should do. The only criticism I do have of them is, for the size of the country, they should have won maybe one title over the last 40 years. France and Italy - comparable football countries - show them up. So has Spain, with a good 15 million people less. Euro 2020 was that chance...
