To echo Mourinho's words....

Now lets say we are using technology in the game, and the player get to view this on the big screen before making a decision, he would have not given the pen.

What I would like to see is panel of three refs in a studio, who send their decisions and the ref on the pitch goes with the result. If the ref goes to award an pen, then the three refs should vote blind, the refs are not in the same room, look at the replay and send their verdict. The ref decision can be upheld by the other three refs who have seen the replay.

No one like my idea then

lets see how many decisions the RS get this afternoon even more so now mourinhos slagged off refs being sarcastic

You replied to a post about Liverpool's penalties, and somehow tried to relate Liverpool FC lad to teams that have been at the "top of the league" over the past few years....that's just silly king Luis

I think you understood what I meant though. Andd it wasn't even directly talking about Lpool.

Vent away. It seems about a third of Liverpool's goals have been via the PK. We need to employ a capable acting coach and learn how to properly sell a foul in the box.

Suarez has earned a couple by chipping into defenders hands too.

As for yesterday, I think Stones could have been penalized as well for a hand ball, it was harsh but you've seen them given. Osman's was a penalty for me but he clearly anticipated contact and started going down before he was touched. The contact came so it's still a penalty. Honestly I would like to see more yellow's given for dangling a leg and going down expecting contact, my issue though is the consistency as those are given all the time for other teams but we never seem to get those.

I don't think it's a conspiracy though, just a few referees that are terrible at their jobs

We shouldn't be so whiter than white all the time. Dint dive, dont play for a pen, even if theres contact its probably not a pen - we wont win anything with that. Liverpool look for a pen everytime they are in the box, they all appeal every shout, they build pressure on a ref so that hd eventually thinks he has to give one their way to even up all the ones he's 'missed'. Then if they dont get their way they kick up a national media storm and get Webb banned from their big games so that Clattenburg comes in instead.

This game is corrupt from top to bottom, we can either learn how to compete or keep finishing mid table. This whole 'we're a team of head boys' act is tiring. McCarthy needs to land a few tackles on people, we neef to know when to do the tactical foul, we need to play for pens, we need to pressure refs. Its what everyone else is doing. We're the most moral fifth placed team ive ever seen.

The core tenant of being an Evertonian is that we are naturally good whilst they represent the forces of evil. That mught have worked back in the school of science days but the gentlemans game is gone. There are a new set of rules but we dont play by them.

Top post here, this is the way things are and now born again/simpletons Moyes/Neville have gone on to better things, it's time to adapt.
