Anglican better on the outside, Catholic better on the inside, but see both, they're not far from each other.

Take the ferry tour. You'll see the new stadium location, get some good history of the city from the commentary and have some great views of the paradise peninsula too.

Walk from Woodside along to New Brighton is good, too.

There's a few walking and taxi tours available. The free tour by Sandemans looks like it covers varied subjects (Not just The Beatles) and takes place at various times.
