Time to get behind them

I will be backing them throughout, we're a couple of decent results from clearing ourselves from this mess. Watford, Palace and West Ham are going to be absolutely huge games.

Time for Unsworth to stop being naive and inept in his team decision though. Watford at home. Four at the back, and ONE holding midfielder. Play a team Buoyed with attacking influences, Mirallas, Niasse, Calvert-Lewin, Sandro, Sigurdsson and Lookman. Make them feel uncomfortable on the ball.

We're not a team who's worthy of 19th place in the League, but we need today to be absolutely perfect. Times are tough, but so was Walker, Smith and Kendall pt. 3 days. We got through them, we'll get through this!

Sorry to hear that mate.

My old fella doesn't suffer with anxiety, he just hates all the abuse we dish out to our own players.
That too. OK, at Hillsborough Wednesday players were getting stick, I'm sure the savages were slagging off their players too, but it's not at the levels of pure hatred that Goodison has.

Excellent support today. Frustrations understandably started to show in the 2nd half but the crowd stuck with the team and were trying to get them over the line which we managed to do.

Give me that over Lyon's false 'support' any day.

Anyone know of why the mini scuffle in the park end escalated?

Saw couple blokes and his kid having to leave. Poor git.

If we win the toss on Wednesday night, I wouldn't mind us attacking the Street End in the 1st half just as it might help us have a more energetic start than has been the case. Park End have been doing mannequin challenges for a while now so I hope they get stuck in too.
Looks like we will have to play Williams given the injuries we picked up today, but I will get behind him too (boss fan me). Strangely feel the short turnaround between matches could favour us, less time to fester.

True this, The Park End is awful support, attack the Street End first and get some momentum going. Goodison is a poor crowd, we turn on the players after 30 minutes far too often, maybe going the other way first might help

Neville used to turn us round and it did work for a while. I'm personally not a fan of it, tradition and all that.

The players have really got to give the fans something. Evertonians don't generate a fake ultra atmosphere singing for singings sake, we respond to seeing a bit of fight/effort from the lads.
