don;t remember many through balls although he had the pace and confidence of an 80 year ugly bird when he did get through.when he turned back on himself today when he seemed through everyone around me said 'now that, is a striker with low confidence' or words to that effect
I thought Big Vic looked like he was up for it against West Ham, ****er still needs a kick up the arse and to get his head straight but I wonder if resting Jelavic and giving Vic the starting role may do the pair of them so goood. Jelavic is totally off form and please, please no more mention of Naismith in there to help him as he is a liability and IMO only serves to remind Jelavic that they may not be as good as they think they are.
It's the Moyes effect on strikers. He was good before Moyes had a pre-season with him to coach out his natural finishing ability....
This does seem to happen to every striker we have signed under Moyes.
