basically we need to hope the attackers we bring in will make us score 3 or more every game and then we can at least still win games.

otherwise we're not improving on last season, lack of creativity one end, at least 1 goal shipped at the other.

Had enough, have a good evening.

Not a fan of managers singling out a player for criticism in the press so no issue with his comment there. As long as he points out the error on the training ground...

Should of kept Robles in when Howard was injured last season, instead he put Howard straight back in when fit.

Howard was having an alright game up until the first goal. Infact I had nothing negative to say about him all season up until today.

Starjumping whopper.

Those star jump saves where he flaps at mid air rile me something chronic. If he at least got a digit or a toe on it I would be OK with it.

Well, from 4 goals we have conceded this season, a good GK not named Tim Howard could save 3 of them and definetely should 2. Hopefully Martinez will at least try to get a new goalkeeper, an unwanted player like Valdes from MU could be a good target...

Just watched MOTD 2 - TH I thought he got his positioning wrong on the first goal - I was wrong he dives away from the shot on the near post- yet he made other harder saves? The 2nd goal he does not come out fast enough, and can't be bothered to raise his hands as it just goes over his head?
Disappointing after all those saves, hope he can concentrate more as we cannot afford to battle hard a superior team, their was also one MaCarthy who had a very bad game, and gave the ball away for their break away first goal who had the worst game ever for us - so great saves and mistakes v I think V the champions elect!
