Wouldn't even bother lads. I had this conversation with them yesterday and they won't even attach any blame to Howard at all. It's laughable to be honest. Everyone else see's that Barkley does take some blame for the goal but they won't take the tinted glasses off when it comes to Howard.

Though I now live in the States, I don't have much interest in their national team. (ireland fan). I think a lot of Americans on here, and the ones I watch the games with, realize that Howard is prone to mistakes and is not one of the best in the world but he comes in for unfair criticism on here and I have to agree with them.
The whole notion that theres always one scapegoat no matter how well everyone is playing is somewhat alien. If we were winning the league with Osman in the side, he'd still get crap. Unfortunately for Howard, there's no Neville or Osman to take the abuse, it's up to him now. So forget about the years of loyalty, MoTM performances and penalty saves and lets give him dogs abuse for not commanding his 6 yard box like Peter Schmeikel.
