Ticket poll for Brighton


I missed the ballot, tried for a ticket at 10am this morning and couldn't get any. Just kept saying there are none available.

HOWEVER, I just refreshed the page and there was one ticket available in the east stand which I managed to buy.

Advice for anyone still trying for a ticket, instead of waiting on the Map screen where it shows the stadium and what tickets are available, instead click the link that says "Find seats for me", which will take you to a screen like this:

When you're on this screen, refresh the page every couple of minutes. If a ticket becomes available, it will show on this page and its 10x quicker to buy the ticket from here than it is on the Map screen. So if you're quick you can add it to basket and then its reserved for 15 minutes.

I checked my account last night at 6pm to find ive been allocated a ticket area 248 block 248 row 61 seat 41 nothing about which stand but ive checked and its the west stand,anyway no confermation e-mail from the club and no money taken,but on my account were it says were the ticket is for,you can press for a resend of the email,which I hadnt had in the first place,so I press resend then get a email saying thank you for taking out a membership,which I already had,Ive just sat for 30mins trying to get throught to the ticket office,when I did get throught the lad confirmed I had got a ticket a ticket and paid for it ,but what a absolute mess,I wasnt sure if id bought another membership or a ticket for the brighton game.
I done exactly the same mate i thought i had a ticket but the email is just confirmation of membership.
I tried this morning to ring them but they must be mad busy.
I think we can assume that we haven't got a ticket just make sure they don't charge you again
 

Didn't get an email saying successful or not from the ballot. So after a few hours, I managed to get myself one via the app. Then the confirmation email template said 'Thank you for your annual membership for 2025/26 season. £75.

Haha. This club!

I got exactly the same yesterday mate.
Like you when a clicked "Resend Email" it said thank you for buying membership.
The prices didnt add up to the memberships so I am hoping I have got 2 x Tickets 🤞

You know what, that “resend email” thing is misleading.

Because we never got an email in the first place.

So I think it is just a default mechanism re-sending the last email you received when you bought something from them.

The key, for me, is in the price.

I paid £60 for my membership but that “resent” email yesterday, re my membership, said £56.

That is the amount they took from my bank yesterday ( I get a discounted ticket price due to being an OAP) for a seat in Area 226 or sommat like that with no mention of which stand it is in.

Does your resent email quote a figure different from the £60 you paid for membership?

Yeah said £75 for me (which is ticket price, rather than membership)

The mess up with the tickets is one thing. Not having some kind of holding statement on the site explaining the issue is another..
 
Yeah I mean the home one has proved a big hit..
Would stop people farming for credits

Done about 12 away games last 5 years, not a single one have i been able to get on my own name.

i understand people go every single week, but how does someone who likes to go to maybe 4 a season for financial reasons or family commitment get tot go?
 
This is an absolute shambles

I have a season ticket and it doesn’t even show up for resale for me (not that I am going to of course - but I’m sure some can’t make it)
