Ticket poll for Brighton

I’ve been lucky this time to bag 2 tickets - but the fan boards really need to push for transparency on this ballot.

How many seats are available.
How many are singles.
How many 2s
How many 3s
How many 4s
How many seats are assigned to Premium Seat Unique sales.

It would be nice to know how many FB+ applicants they had but I suspect we will never know this.

People should be able to determine if FB+ is good value before laying down the cash, the best way to enter the ballot with multiple members and how likely they are to succeed before making plans.

Surely the Fan Advisory Board should be all over this shambles and make some kind of protest to EFC for the lack of clarity and failure to make a statement about what is going on.

I'd imagine Dave from the county road bobblers will but think he's on a brief social media break to focus on some work stuff

I've seen rumours that the ballot has not been completed and is full of errors anyway, we think there's mileage in this?

Seems like no one has had any official email from the club either way

I was in the ballot, said I was happy to sit anywhere but not heard a peep yet! Nothing out of my bank account or on my tickets so assuming I've not got one but the communication is awful

Feels frustrating if they are going up on site if ballot members are waiting to hear.

What’s really annoyed me is how some people have, seemingly, been charged/assigned more tickets than applied for. It looks like these tickets that have been assigned in error just end up in resale platform, go to general sale, when they should have been assigned to further FB+ members, initially.

Feels like a bit of a stitch-up if you’re a FB+ member and missed out and someone with a lower membership ends up coming along and getting a ticket.

Reading through the thread it looks like the only way you'd know where you are is letting the ballot pass you by and then just try and get a ticket when tickets go to resale. At least that way you wont be buying twice and you'll have some control over the situation.

Getting shut of the previous system to go with a ballot has been a disaster. Wouldn't surprise me if they had a rethink on this because they've shown themselves to be completely unable to run a ballot.

Just logged in to check my sons ballot results had a reserved ticket in my account. No email, nothing from the club, so two very happy lads now.

Sure the blues on the pitch will bring them back down to earth with a bang.

Plus member here, don't think I've been successful. No email, bank charge or reference in account history.

Tbf my Roma tickets aren't even in the online account and they sent them by email midweek. Its a shambles.

I got £75 took out from my account yesterday, but still no ticket is showing on both the app and the website.

I rang up the ticket office, and the guy told that I was successful and told me where my seat was. They haven't yet released the tickets
