Brighton ticket sent on and in my account today

If it helps anyone I was lucky in the ballot for BHA and about 30 mins ago (6pm Sat) got the only email I’ve received about it, with a link to login and now the ticket is safely in the iPhone wallet

Anyone having a issues with it still saying no tickets on your app. Even when I click on the add to wallet link on the email I received, it still doesn't work saying I have no tickets to manage.
