Really this is what @Bruce Wayne posted towards me -

I think you have a mental illness tbh Joe. You instantly dismissed the electronic prescription project when you know full well you have absolutely zero knowledge of it, what it entails, how much it costs or how much similar projects in the NHS have cost. It's pathological -
also before I was an idiot......
that coming from a moderator imo is out of order -I tried to reason with him he gave me a long winded politicians answer - there is banter and there is ridicule - that's ridicule..... that's not generalised as you put it.....
so for now I am staying off the EU thread ok

I would put this under the category of "robust debate". Hyperbole is a known method for highlighting perceived error.
