Legally, this case was probably always going to go in Trump's favor as there is a legal distinction between rape and sexual assault, but it seems a bit weird for folks to cheer on the idea of "Yay, see!... it wasn't rape it was just sexual assault..."

Is that how jurys work , you look at a clip and decide you don’t like them so it’s rubbish . Or they’ve listened to the evidence and found in her favour . In The actual trial , not the defamation case I don’t even think trump gave evidence. Feels a bit counter intuitive when faced by allegations of that nature , surely you’d want to fight them .

Anyway a court decided he sexually assaulted a woman , your opinion of her feels a bit irrelevant really .

There was no evidence. It was her word against his. Thats why they didnt get the rape charge they wanted. It was a stitch up from Start to finish, just like all the other bogus cases brought against him.

You cant see it, or refuse to see it, because you don't like him. So if you were on the jury, im sure you would find him guilty as well. Because you decided you dont believe him.

It goes both ways.

My opinion, i dont believe her.

As for the verdict, it was a civil case, he was found liable for it, he has no criminal charge.

Question, do you believe the result of every court case?

P. S. If i asked you to defend yourself on something you never did on a random day 30 years ago, what evidence would you use to defend yourself?

Have you been to court got something you didn’t do ? I have , you can’t wait to get in the box and give evidence .

If i was on a jury I wouldn’t find someone guilty because i didn’t like Them or was politically opposed . It feels like I’d be even more adamant in a case involving sexual assault, I suspect maybe we’re just very different people .

Was it from 30 years ago? Were you able to disprove the negative with 30 year old exculpatory evidence? Were you sitting President and facing a mountain of additional BS charges against a Partisan court and justice system?

I do find it interesting that despite what you have been through, you just seem happy to believe another case brought against someone with all of the above conditions with zero evidence against them other than the accusers word.

I hope your case was more fair.

Honestly it wasn’t really but I was happy the system worked , eventually and to the amusement of others I’ve got a wholesome faith in the system really .

I would ask What’s a partisan court but you’ve made It clear you see justice dependent on whether you like someone .

Look we disagree on this, like I imagine many things , if you lose faith in the judicial system or it up as partisan or unfair then I think society is in trouble .
