Just out of interest, how are you so sure that he is innocent?

I mean his personality and what he has already said about women multiple times makes me a bit suspicious that he may be a wrong un, when it comes to advances on women.

If it is tried in a court of his peers then I am inclined to believe the verdict, until told otherwise. If I have personally gone through all the evidence & arguments from both sides then I may or may not come up with a different angle and opinion. I haven't, so if a court judges him guilty then I guess we go with that.

Wait, you believe that the guy who openly bragged about grabbing women by the genitals without asking them might actually have actually did what he said?? Lol @ you leftist deep state sheep
 
Folks, please don’t think that a lack of moderation in CA means it’s a free-for-all.

Basic rules of civility still apply. No name calling, etc. Folks are allowed to have crap opinions outside of overt racism and similar.

Since we don’t moderate this, you don’t get a warning. You just get CA banned.

It has gotten out of hand and bans will be incoming/ongoing.

1, have you ever used inappropriate language?

2, have you ever physically assaulted anyone?

Im assuming you have answered no to both of these, seen as answering yes to question 1 appears to mean that you automatically have to answer yes to question 2.

There was a word in there that I think you missed, it was 'might'. This is a very important word to use as what it is saying is that nobody would be shocked to find out that somebody talking like this actually went ahead and did it (or already did it).

It is not saying that he definitely did, as your as your weirdly framed question seems to be implying.

They were responding to my post about not knowing all of the evidence, are you privy to every single argument and piece of evidence that was used in the trial. If no, then it is just your opinion that he is, beyond reasonable doubt, innocent. I don't think, given what he has done in the past, multiple infidelities, him using his position to just walk into changing rooms at the Miss America competition, the absolutely disgusting things he has said about his own daughter, his obvious narcissism & then you add to this the continuous misogyny that he displays (like the aforementioned 'grab them' quote).

I mean, it is not a far fetched opinion for any sane person to think that he just might have actually carried out a sexual attack. Then you add in the court decision that he did it and that adds to the opinion that he may not actually be innocent.

Considering that there is actual audio of him bragging about carrying out said attacks, I think I would be much more far fetched to think he HASN’T done it.
