I can report from several local sources in San Antonio, ICE efforts at rounding up workers in the construction trades are panicking homebuilders. Two construction managers told me they could not find anyone to do sheetrock or roofing work on homes currently under construction or cleaning crews to work on completed homes that were scheduled to be put up for sale.
I read they are tailoring the amendment to prevent any former POTUS who has served consecutive terms from running again. Isn't that clever?
Who bloody knows? He probably doesn’t even know himself and will just decide tomorrow on a whim.
At a guess I assume anything that personally benefits him will be exempt and everything else will be under tariffs.

As we discussed previously this is an entirely predictable outcome.
Really feel for those rebuilding their homes in LA after tge wildfire(and a neighbor who recently lost their house to a fire). Between the tariffs on building materials and reduced levels of construction workers it is going to be a nightmare.
