Let’s not forget the camps he put immigrants in that were seeking asylum.. and in the process separated 5000 kids from their parents. Kept them in cages in conditions so poor the “older” kids had to care for the younger. Tin foil for blankets. Infections and flu etc running rampant, nappy’s not changed for days and he did nothing. He kept no records so families could not be reunited. I believe there are still over a 1000 kids that have not been reunited with any family members. He’s the scum of the earth and I fear for the next 4 years in America.
This was the worst part of his first tenure for me.

This was premeditated planned out inhumanity on a massive level... and it's coming again.
We live in a predominantly latino area in a sanctuary city. We've already gotten official corespondance from the local school about coordinating info for at risk families. We're basically being warned that we're about to be made an example of.
Our city has a population of 100k went 83% Harris, 7%Trump, 10% other/protest.

Agreed. Whilst it’s terrible that schools even have to think about this, I’m honestly a little relieved that people are being proactive. I still cannot comprehend he won the popular vote. I know only 1.5% but still … and the electoral college needs to get the boot, just like lifetime Supreme Court appointments. Honestly I think both elections he won with outside help. Let’s face it, nobody is going to come out and say another country influenced the outcome, it would mean a loss of power and control. Nobody would have confidence in future elections. For now my friend all we can do is keep speaking up … almost half the country agrees and I’m sure a load of people will come over from the dark side once his Presidency starts to hurt them financially with all his tariffs etc when they find out we pay.

He'll back out of most of the tariff bluster and when the federal government has to bail out domestic industries again due to retaliatory economics, he'll push the fed to drop rates like a stone to get money flowing again.
It'll be another fiscal mess for the Dems to clean up and when they come back in to power they'll get the blame for 'expensive eggs' or whatever.

Not sure there's ever been such an obvious pattern but the electorate cant see beyond next week.

Their influence has been to give away vast sums of money to causes which improve people’s lives.
Trump and Musk seem to be egotistical and driven to use their fortunes to satisfy a need for power and influence. Their behaviour is worrying in terms of its negative affect on democracy; I’d feel the same even if they happened to be on the left.
