See if he takes the bait and ignores the tik-tok ruling and then announce that as an official presidential act we can ignore SCOTUS as well.

Make it an official policy that the Dems will only prioritize disaster relief to blue states when we are in power if they try to screw LA.

this is the america we created. They won't change playing nice, we tried that w/ our last 2 Dem presidents. The republicians are the toddler that we spoil every time they throw a tantrum and we'll keep at it because we never learn.

They want tribal politics, and they want to impose tribal politics on us. Well then fine, then they need to experience what tribal politics is really like when they are on the losing team. I'm not advocating us to do anything illegal (granted thanks to SCOTUS rulings there is pretty much nothing we could do that's illegal anyway)

There isn't an instance in memory where a failed democracy magically repaired itself after the bad man is gone. You are never really free of the person either, Trumps relatives/sons/daughters are all going to win elections, perhaps the presidency. Your best hope is a South Korea like situtation where the people have the power to change govt but the oligarchy still runs the country and are above the law. Oh and change there only happened after the govt murdered 1000+ civilians and someone shot the dictator (oh and a funny thing happened the daughter of said murderous dictator became president after around 52% of the voting population decided he wasn't really a dictator and a lot of those murdered college students were probably commies who deserved it).

So how do you see things getting better for your country if it goes down that path?

Both major parties in the gutter, both creating division, neither giving one single sh1t about anyone that didn't vote for them. How does that make america a better place?

Its not going to. The Dems who actually run the party are at best gullible that they can work w/in the laws and norms of a country that abandoned norms and at worst feckless cowards. The Dems don't want division, we spend entire campaigns and hundreds of millions appealing to Jennifer, the 1 mythical swing voter from central PA. You know what tho maybe should play that game.

A guy who just led a coup was punished w/ a 4 year vacation, the presidency and to top it off we gave him immunity and even the opposition is all like OK democracy is messy sometimes. No this is stuff you see in banana republics. Turn on fox news or newsmax, if you didn't know the outcome you would have thought Trump lost the election.

The only hope is that as a country we learn the lessons in our finding out phase but that's kind of unlikely for the foreseeable future even post-trump. A return to sanity is not a mere 4 years away.
