What's adorably ironic about this is that @Toffee_Loaf is the only dupe here. This ridiculous non-story has gotten the better of him and lives rent-free in his head. More simply, anyone who reads this story realizes that this idiot-artist had no business tipping over a student display table and certainly shouldn't wave a machete at another human. Anyone--progressive, conservative, whatever--knows this to be true, especially the NY Post editors. But the NY Post editors nevertheless write this story for that special demographic of angry-failures who they know will repost it across various forums while spouting off idiot tropes about academics being Marxist. It's another non-story about routine anti-social/criminal behavior by a clearly deranged person that is carefully written with all the right trigger words (e.g., "Professor" "Woke") to make rageful disappointments like Toffee_Loaf repost it again and again. And it worked, didn't it @Toffee_Loaf? ...you dim patsy. Working for free...no wonder you're so angry.

While conservatives and pro-lifers have been enraged, a group called CUNY for Abortion Rights defended Rodriguez.

Despite her angry and foul-mouthed abuse, the group insists Rodriguez 'constructively critiqued' the anti-abortion display.

Its members, who haven't been identified, added: 'Her actions to shut down the tabling were fully justified.

They added: 'We stand with Shellyne Rodriguez and stand against the right wing anti abortion backlash she is experiencing!'

Every political science department seemed to have a token Marxist slot until the Soviet Union collapsed. Never met many who would admit to it after that generation retired. Don't really recall them in econ departments, but then again I didn't meet nearly as many of those profs.

It's one of those stories that has just enough truth to still sound plausible decades after the Marxists went extinct.

Most of us carpetbaggers seem astonishingly profane to people who were not raised somewhere along I-95 north of the Mason-Dixon line. If you see pictures of two groups of protesters screaming at each other across police barricades in New York, well, half the words being used are f-bombs. It's why you see pictures, rather than video clips.

I watched the video of this one, and I seriously doubt they fired her for the profanity. It's when she starts tossing stuff around that she's out of line. It's just a badly delivered George Carlin routine up until that point. Normal day in the Big Apple.

You want to see actual swearing, go ask the people at the cheesesteak window at Pat's why you have to order fries at another window. They will show you why you do not do this. You probably won't have to, because there's usually some idiot out-of-towner who will do it for you.
