You’d be surprised what you find in them ….. anyhow, I’ll rephrase , whilst walking around the quarries I explored some of the old tunnels

A lake & & a massive tourist hydro place shut down .....\Even the café the coffeepot has declined too ... a nice part of the UK though

I used to holiday on the Llyn Peninsula - even that's overcrowded now - a small Cornwall with beautiful coves for fishing off the rocks when I was younger ....
Take my kayak and paddle board out on the lake quite a bit. I remember about 30 years ago a helicopter crashed into the lake and I think 6 trainee cadets were killed sadly.
