Leon Osman is the only Everton midfielder who has a footballing brain, a clever through ball and who worries the opposition, in fact his return from injury took away the spectre of relegation. He is the only player who can turn on a sixpence and wrong foot the opposition. He will be a great loss due to his age/fitness. I feel more confident when he is playing.

Also Martinez should only allow Barklay two touches when he gets the ball, that would improve him and his decision making.
