If you're going to be proper Euro Ultras, you need a drum, a megaphone or two, and fan choreography. Watch that Billy whatever dance film a couple of times, that should sort it.

Then you lay waste to an innocuous and unsuspecting non-Ultra stadium while avoiding any trips to Serbia or former USSR.
