Yeah annoys me no end that edgar has been unable to work out how to beat aldo. Id back him against both max and pettis everyday of the week. Hopefully now conor has left the devision things can get back in order. Hopefully lightweight devision doesnt follow suit and turn to crap. Either way should be some good fights coming up .

Actually enjoying todays card considering theres only really 2 fights that matter on the card been some fun scraps. Good for ben10 to get another win
Pritty happy for old man kelly aswell that was a nasty cut and on his terminally ill sons birthday was a good result.
Main event will be a good fight
I've only been watching UFC for the past year and a bit, so can't really make any comments on a fighter prior to that, but I really can't get the love in for Edgar. Every time I watch him I just see an underwhelming fighter with no weapons, yet I keep reading in here how great he is and so many love him.

Excuse me now

Ffs. Really? Frankie Edgar is probably the one fella you'd point to as having the biggest heart in the sport. Chin like granite, constant work and absolutely no quit in him under any circumstances. Never been stopped in his entire career. Not to mention hand speed, cardio, Division 1 wrestling and a BJJ black belt under Ricardo Almeida.

He held the lightweight title despite being half he size of everyone else in the division, beat BJ Penn three times, beat Sean Sherk, had one of the best fights ever with Gray Maynard, flattened Chad Mendes, beat Urijah Faber, beat Tyson Griffin, beat Cub Swanson etc.

Truly one of the greats of the sport.

Not just that technique wise his boxing/footwork is as good as anyone in the game. Well when he wasnt doing kartwheels all over the ring as maynard lit him up. Still reckon he didnt loose the fights against benson henderson for what its worth

All probably true mate. My comment was based on the limited time I have been watching UFC seriously...around 18 months. In that time I have seen someone not champion material.

I dunno, in that time he's beat Urijah Faber, knocked out Chad Mendes with a ridiculous combo and beat Jeremy Stephens. He's definitely still up there.

Christ, I didn't know his son was terminally ill.

Fairly certain Herb Dean stopped the fight. He apparently claimed he thought the buzzer went and accidentally stopped it early but you could hear him saying to Camozzi "I told you to defend yourself" and he waved it off rather than just seperate them. Be interesting to see an explanation for that.

Heard a interview with kelly, his sons sick battling cysitinosis, a desiese that kills ya kidneys, meaning he has upto 20 needles a day. Man that would be so hard to watch ya child go thru anything like that. Good luck to the bloke, hes def the sorta guy id like on my side in a pub brawl

McGregor stripped of the Featherweight belt, Aldo the champ again. Holloway & Pettis fight for Interim at UFC 206, the winner then fights Aldo for the belt at a later date.

Least that's cleared 145 up

I'd now make Khabib vs Conor and Tony vs Nate for next title shot on the same card
