I want us to do whatever has us winning football matches mate and I'm not convinced our Tikki-Crapper style will achieve that.

In fact, very few teams have used that style to great success

The goal should be, in my opinion, to combine direct play and pressing play, ala Germany. Spain and Barca are great with this style, but they have much better players than most other teams

Jose Mourinho couldn't have come in and made us win matches overnight mate. The previous manager has drummed how to bottle it into this squad. As I said before the season, a top 8-10 finish, young lads brought in to an ageing squad, a couple of cup runs and a new style adopted and I will be more then happy.

The ****e started this way last year with Rogers, it takes time. I hope I'm wrong but there starting to look like a good side now.

Agreed - Jeezus wept the moaners after 4 games with a new manager and trying to implement a new style of play without a loss! Where really we could have taken 7-9 pts. if it wasn't for our strikers abysmal finishing! Get a grip folks and give it a little time. A new manager a new system and all of the concern at the beginning of the season was about Martinez team leaking goals. Outside of one or two opportunities in the WBA game we havn't given up hardly an opportunity in the past two games let alone a goal in the league and the goal given up against Stevenege should have been dealt with by Robles if he had just come and cleared the danger.... Now maybe you can wonder about Kone but the opportunities were there to put all the games away if we could finish.

People say the past doesnt matter but - in 10/11 we didnt have a win were bounced by Brentford in the league cup and stood at 0-3-3 in the league at the end of september with a manager here for 7-8 years at the time...

It really is shocking.. Take a deep breath - I am frustrated with the finishing everything else to me looks good but it isnt the system at least not yet
