Itl's one season mate. We could easily sink back again. Probably the reason Moyes is safe as houses for next season at least.

It’s not one season at all, we’ve amassed mid table points totals for the past 3 seasons. If you’re still petrified about relegation at this point you have absolutely no right to call for the manager’s head and have a go at anyone else for lacking ambition.

I think they will still stay up easily. When they get the likes of bentancur, kudus back they will win the 3 games they need to and get a couple of draws

At some point in those two previous seasons we had our relegation worries and could have been sucked into the bottom three. In the end we were safe enough. This season is different.

Great comments on this!

I think we managed to stay up with a combination of committed support and eventual good management. Everton fans (including myself) are rarely rewarded by our club, but slavishily loyal. I think the new stadium helped us and gave us a future in very bleak times.

Spurs have always been given more credit than they deserve. I don’t believe they have ever had much money or success and the fans believe there own rhetoric. Spurs have over stretched and gambled on a more business led future. The fans don’t like it and they have binned everyone who knows about footy.

Won’t surprise me if they go down and get sold.

Everton need to keep the fans happy and not overstretch into crazy business led decisions

They've won 2 in 22 in the league. Not won in 2026.
3 wins looks optimistic i'd say.
Someone posted about the character of Spurs signings. Kudus signed up for Champions league levels. Im not convinced he's what you need in a relegation fight. Tbh i watched them at Fulham. I dont think any of them are.

Based on current players and their ill discipline I’d agree. The only sort of fighting chance they have is if they get some of their injured players back. Not sure about the temp manager in, strikes me as a bit clueless.

I can honestly see them sacking him and going with Redknapp for the last 8 games. But Harry has Cheltenham first.

Their best bet would in my opinion be Dyche. Allardyce and Redknapp have been out too long from the game, but Dyche would just have them camped to endure he gains points. He steadied us a little in his first season and then wasn’t doing too bad at Forest when he got sacked. A limited manager with a horrible footballing sensibility but I think he’d get them through. Needs just for them but I so desperately want them to go down though 😄

Dont dangle that carrot in front of me. We're away at Spurs on the final day. A 1-0 win against Dyche managed Spurs with the winner from Jake O'B'rien.
Now i want it.
