Said it before if he is a good coach, and by all counts he is a very good coach, then I couldn't care less who he played for. he may also bring a winners mentality with him, hence all the passion and shouting at the officials, that is something you cannot teach is being a winner, we have sorely missed it at this club.

There's an interview on the official site with him after the Huddersfield game. First question the journo smugly asks "Well could that have gone any better?" and without blinking he responds "We could have got three."

That's exactly the mentality this team has needed for a long long time.

Dont think he likes the RS anymore ....welcome to goodison park Sammy !
Cults (like the RS) flame a consuming hatred toward anyone they perceive as apostates. Such desertion of 'the faith' undermines a cult's precarious foundations, inculcating a very discomfiting cognitive dissonance, a discomfiture that inevitably manifests itself in a furious spume of splenetic vitriol.

This weekend, I suspect Sammy Lee is going to receive quite some reception from Mordor's Orc hordes.

...I'm looking forward to the game

He's a winner, of that there is no doubt.

I couldn't care less that he used to be involved with the RS. He won't be on Sunday!
