Him and Allardyce probably make up the angriest duo we have had on the sidelines since the Premier League began.

I'm not sure what that means in terms of how well they do but I'm sure when one of them inevitably square up to another gaffer the crowd will love it.

He's a professional, some of us lose sight of this as we are fans, Everton is all that is important to us. I have worked for BMW as well as now Audi and I have always given 100% in both brands as I'm a professional.

It'll be interesting to see how Sammy improves our players. How would we measure the improvements? What really matters is Everton's progression. Sammy's past is immaterial. Only the 'here and now' counts.
