OK, I know anyone could have predicted it, but my result in the BBC predictor for last night's match was Burnley 1-1 Stoke. One out of one, 100%

For the record, my predictions for the weekend were, and still are:

Saturday

Birmingham 0-1 Everton
Bolton 1-1 Wigan
Burnley 2-1 Wolves
Chelsea 3-0 West Ham
Hull 1-4 Arsenal
Stoke 1-1 Villa
Spurs 1-1 Blackburn

Sunday

Man Utd 2-1 Fulham
Sunderland 1-2 Man City

Monday

Liverpool 1-1 Pompey

We have a good chance of Europa qualification. If we can beat City we might even have an outside chance of 4th spot. Am I too optimistic?

Stop getting me excited, I've mentally wrote off this season to prevent disappointment.

I still think it will prove a bridge too far but were having a good go.

I saw what you did there, even if nobody else did.
Just 'cos you didn't use a capital letter doesn't mean I missed it. I think we will overtake city as they are starting to wayne.

10 points behind Spuds with 8 games left. All other results (City, RS, Villa) would have to go our way as well. Why not. In fact we could win the Champions League and World Cup as well.

Now you're exagerating. (n)
We could probably win the Champions League, or, the World Cup, but saying we could win both is plain silly..... unless we bench the Yak and Timmy that is..... then we have a chance.

Timmy will be playing for the Oz, we'll probably meet them in the final - he wouldn't know which way to turn!

It's a tall order no doubt, but take a look at the fixture list of Spurs, Villa and City.

Spurs I can see falling, they've got such a tough run in, have the title chasers right when it gets serious, i.e 3-5 weeks to go.

Citeh are programmed to fail no matter how much money they have.

Villa have the cup to worry about.

The RS are...well....

Where's that "Its On" thread?

Nice moving up in the table.. need to keep forward momentum though.. Shame Villa aren't doing thier usual March swoon!

We need at least 4 points from City and Villa away, and to keep winning at home.

We have a chance, but it's currently not a very large one. That could all change on Wednesday.

Our goal difference is a bad problem. It would be great to finish one place above Liverpool, and them to finish 7th, only for there to be just 6 places. :D They'd probably wangle something though.

Very tall order at the moment though. We can't afford to drop a single point from now on in, and just hope for the best.

Every game, the same players seem to be getting taken off, so it might be best to leave them out of the starting line up, and see if we can bring them on as impact subs if and when needed.

I miss Fellaini. :(
