The reasoning behind us playing on Monday night?

I'm sure when this was announced, one poster alluded to some sort of conspiracy regarding the timings of our games at Sunderland. When did we last have a three o clock Saturday visit to the acceptable face of North East football?

It's s conspiracy mate, THEY don't us to play Sunderland on a weekend. I could go on about the reasons but I've got to stay quiet as Murdoch knows some really bad people. The powers that be will do everything in their power to make things harder for us. Everything. I'm really surprised no one mentions this on here.
