MY GOD THERE ARE SOME STUNNERS IN THE WOMEN'S HOCKEY!!
Hope you didn't think I was being sarcastic mate I was genuine .
On the topic of drugs I think the long jump is interesting as the distances jumped are miles away from the past and there are two theories either explosive sprinters who are at best average can earn more from sprinting than jumping so don't come across combined with the serious risk of injuries associated its the long jump. Or the records aren't being broken like so many women's records because of the doping issues

I am being genuine too. Neg me up as much as possible please. Cant beat em, join em
David Green is in the 400 hurdles lane 3. I reckon it was his lane in the semi like Ohourogu in the final was too far outside and the rest used her to run off of. So he could turn up tonight, he is world champ.
As for doping in track & field. I'd like to see a match up of full sprinters compared to long and triple jump runners. Generations have their record breaking athletes. Bolt was considered to tall and heavy to be a sprinter and was trained as a 400m runner. Michael Johnson to this day has the most odd running style. Bob Beamon set the long jump record in 68 and it lasted how long? Sports change, science is the factor, Hoy is built like a wilderbeast but Kenny got the knod - Hoy was Olympic champ in 08.
Stats comparing like for like Olympic champions in terms of age, height, weight, etc would give a glance at how athletes and their sports have evolved. It would also highlight either peculiar games (like 80) or dodgy decisions (Holyfield, RJ jr) or actual freaks (in the nicest possible terms) where an athlete is so different from the field that where they won the edge could be attributed to being a much more different shape and or size from the rest.
Indurain was a genetic peculiarity, lungs 40% bigger than normal and a heart one and a half times normal.
Just wait till you get done for cheating, you cheating Brits.
Same old Bri-tish
Al-ways Chea-ting
I'd like to disagree with you mate, but I fear there'll be some news about doping in the velodrome...and probably those horses in the show jumping were fed Mars Bars too.
