I've dunked once. I'd probably qualify for some of these nations the USA are playing against

Davis hasn't even played an NBA game yet, but he'll make about 10 awesome dunks in the last quarter no diggity. Too easy

They're not even patch on the "Dream Team" from 1992

Is Basketball a good sport? I couldnt find it more boring. I appreciate the skill but its effectively the same thing over and over with slight variations.

I'm a massive fan, plus I used to play a bit as a teen, but it does bore me at times I'll be honest. Highlights are always good though...

Saying that, it's quicker than football and you get to see a pretty much guaranteed 100 or so baskets made in 40 odd minutes of actual game time, where as you're lucky to get one goal in 90 if you watch Everton ha

I've never been able to enjoy it like I enjoy football, boxing, even tennis, but I can see the appeal. You can argue that most sports are just the same thing over and over -- I don't think that's really a bad thing.

That said there's not the same level of variation you get in football, for example.

yes, that football is stupid too - a load of men chasing a ball round a field with hardly any goals B O R I N G

Of all the sports, teams and individuals I have been lucky to see over the years, none match the passion and excitement of watching the Blues..

I completely get games on like street courts, as there is a thrill and level of luck. But the NBA for instance, you are guaranteed 80+ points more often than not and each team to be within five. That sounds like a good thing, but it just isnt to me.

It's a very American mentality I think that sees greater scores as greater entertainment.

For me sport is about the drama of it all. I'm not arsed if you score a million goaliewoaliehomerundunkitties, it's just a number really.
